Other Cuts may require a minimum of 25(Round) minutes to 40 (Short Ribs) minutes in pressure cooker after the first whistle in low flame. If the meat isn't cooked in your normal time, it doesnt mean the meat is of low quality but just that it has some more collagen that need to break down. Also make sure that water doesnt dry out in the cooker as that may harden the meat.
